Feeding your newborn is a wonderful time and can also be surprisingly stressful.  Being informed and prepared can make all the difference.  Your feeding choice is an important one – however you choose to feed your baby, you need the best information you can get.

Here we provide you with an overview of both breast feeding and bottle feeding.  We also suggest that you talk to a midwife, lactation consultant or early childhood health centre about your choices, and to other mothers.
