that’s one of my favourite topics. I tend to suggest to stick with ‘adult-style’ yoghurts, real ones, the ones that are naturally fermented, rather than those with probiotics added as an ingredient. Ideally opt for unsweetened brands, such as Jalna or Bornhoffen or similar. Check out the ingredients list, generally the ‘real’ yoghurts have only a few ingredients and of course opt for those that don’t have added sugar (add your own fruit and so on). You do need to use full fat so this can limit your choices a little.
