I’m not sure just what you were asking as your question didn’t have any detail. So, I will just pop in some info on snacks, but if I have missed the point just let me know.
Snacks are really important for children, as they need to eat every 3-4 hours to ensure they maintain their energy in their body. Ideally, though offer snacks that have some protein as this will fill them up and sustain them better. So for example, fruit and yoghurt, crackers and cheese, egg and toast and so on.

Just remember to chop round pieces of fruit into odd shapes, for example halve grapes, to avoid any choking hazard.
