what is reccommended for a 1 yr old boy in terms of normal cows milk vs formula??do they need formula or just milk?? how much should they have of either then?

Answer: Hi there,
if you toddler is healthy and eating a varied and healthy diet then formula isn’t required. You can opt to use your choice of milk or alternatives. In which case usually 1-2 cups of full-fat cows’ milk or calcium-enriched alternative (ie soy, rice etc) is usually fine along with other calcium rich foods such as dairy products.
