Answer: Hi there,
thanks for reposting your question. You could follow the below outline, just use your own times that suit you best and at 15 months the sleeps may not need to be as often. Where it says ‘Morning Tea’ is where you can pop in your choice of snacks such as fruit. Don’t forget to ensure a variety of foods everyday, so you may offer fruit in the morning instead of as a snack and swap things around. Try to work on a good variety of foods, this way it will ensure your toddler gets a wide array of nutrients. I do recommend offering fruit with something else such as yoghurt or cheese as the protein is more filling.

On routines for bubs 9-12 months:

- Milk feed

- Up time 3 to 4 hours – Breakfast
– Play
– Morning tea
– Sleep (1 to 2 hrs)

- Lunch

- Up time 3 to 4 hours – b’feed
– Play
– Sleep (approx. 1hr)

- Afternoon tea - Play

- Up time 3 to 4 hours
– Solids
– Bath
– Milk feed
– Quiet time
– Bed time

The link below might help with more snack ideas. Also, try to offer food before formula, as food should be your bubs main source of nutrition now. Some bubs can rely too much on formula and end up not eating enough whole food. Just something to keep in mind.

I hope that helps
Merry Christmas
