Choice (www.choice.com.au, you can search their site, its well worth it) have done a great brekky cereal review and of all the kids cereal Sultana Bran and Cheerios were the only ones that even came near to be acceptable. Weetbix or VitaBrits would be a better option to be honest, the later has no added sugar, both are very low in simple sugars and no nasties. Corn Flakes I would steer clear of as it is high GI and really offers no nutritional benefit to a child.
