Hi there,
certainly there are many cultures who offer ghee to infants and have done so without any problems. While it is high in fat, this is not an issue for bubs as BM is 54% fat and they require very energy dense foods because they are growing so fast. it also has hardly any lactose (if any), not that lactose in itself is an issue necessarily.
