HELP ?!
hey i have a nine and a half month baby.
he has been sick with the flu for about a week went off his food and everything but he is looking much better now but we still have one problem he aint drinking much the max amount of bottles i can get him to drink a day is 3 and thats pushing it.
before he was sick he would drink normally 4 a day and 1 at nite. as well a soilds durn the day now he is also still off the soilds.
should i be worried? ? ?
all he does is sleep now?

If you are worried about his feeding intake and he’s sleeping alot then I would suggest another check with your GP. It’s important your baby is getting sufficient milk intake to grow and thrive and if you’re worried about this then another check with your health care professional would be wise.
Often with colds babies do go off their food, they lose their appetite and aren’t as interested in feeding as they normally are. It can take a week or more after they’re well to regain their appetite back to the degree it was before they were sick. But in this time frame it’s still important to monitor their intake and number of wet nappies a day and make sure they are well hydrated and improving. Some babies regress to being unwell again and don’t really catch up for some time. I would strongly suggest that you have him checked if he’s still not feeding well.
