what age do babys start teething?
i can see two little buds they have been there for some time but havent broken thru yet..
what can i do to help the process??

Answer:
There is nothing you can do to help the teeth erupt through the gums, only time and patience will pay off here. But generally teeth start to erupt at around six months onwards, the bottom two central incisors are the first to come through, followed by the top two and so on. A full set of baby teeth numbers 20, in adults 32 including the 4 wisdom teeth.
You don’t say how old your baby is so it’s hard to offer you specific advise but do remember that every baby is an individual and will teeth in their own good time. A cool washer to suck on, teething gels (used according to the manufacturer’s recommendations), rusks-with supervision and soft toys to chew on will often provide some comfort.
