Lamb meatballs with mint jelly sauce

Ingredients

  • 500g lamb mince
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup mint jelly

Instructions

  1. Combine mince, onion, egg, cumin and breadcrumbs in a bowl and form into 20 balls.
  2. Heat a little oil in a frypan. Cook meatballs over a medium heat for 12 mins or until cooked through.
  3. Combine mint jelly with 2 tbsp of water and warm. Serve with meatballs.

Baby meal: Blend 2 meatballs and 1 tbsp of boiled water if necessary.
