He rolls himself onto his stomach and can`t get off it, so will cry

I have a five month old son who still has mild reflux and has just got his first tooth. He is still being completely breastfed and I will not start solids until he is 6 mths. I was wondering when the best time to introduce a bed time is and how it should be done. He is still having 5 feeds during the day (approx every 3 hours) and usually wakes up for one at night as well as one other wake up where I don`t feed him and don`t know why he is waking and crying.
He has also just started rolling and will roll himself onto his stomach and can`t get off it so will cry (we are still wrapping him and when he is wrapped tightly he does not roll).
Any advice would be much appreciated

Answer: Hi,
Routine can be taught from birth and is always a good thing. Make sure after a feed he is settled awake into his cot so he learns to sleep independently. I would introduce a sleeping bag instead of the wrap at this age. Aim for 7pm as his bedtime. From about 6 months on a baby should be able to sleep 7pm to 7am without and overnight feed. He may well need this one overnight feed for a couple of months more.
