My daughter is 14 months old and wakes 3 times a night

hi my daughter is 14months old and wakes 3 times a night. she in a big girl bed and has a pretty strict rutine. but im looking at going to one of them sleep centres or a sleep doctor but not sure of any in my area.i live in adelaide....thanks for your help. stacey
