I am 34weeks and baby is 2 or more weeks behind in growth and going to see a specialist on Monday they are talking about inducing my labour i am worried about it will the baby be okay being induced this early?
this is my 3rd baby and they said it could be the placenta is not feeding the baby properly tho it looks likes it working or it could be somthing else

Hi,
This is a decision that is made when the baby is not growing and it is thought that the baby will do better if it does its growing and feeding on the outside. THe baby should cope very well at 34 weeks and you will find that it will be hungry and grow quickly. Usually a cause for this problem cannot be found.
