Welcomed into the world our little man, Nathaniel Murray 7lb 4oz, 49cm long, on August 4th 2011 at 10:45pm, after a 5hr and 45min labour which was natural and only had gas

We also welcomed our third little boy on 4th August 2011. Silas Andrew was born at 4.24am after a 3.5 hour labour. Natural birth - no drugs or stitches, and we came home after only 6 hours from the birth. He was 8lb 15oz (4050g) 53cm and head circumference was 35cm. Congratulations to you and your partner. Can't believe it has already been 4 weeks!! smile

My son Gabriel Hunter Coburn peacefully entered the world on the 9th of August 2011. He was born at home in a birthing pool at 1.30am after a completly natural drug free birth after 11 hours.
He weighed 7 pounds 8 ounces & was 49cm long.
He was born to very calmly with the lights down low in our lounge & to the sound of "The Beatles" song "Across the Universe".
Being born at home was the most amazing experience ever. It meant we could all snuggle in our own bed after, eat & drink whatever, whenever....& the recovery process began straight away, after all there is no place like home. smile

My baby girl - Niamh (pronounced Neave as is leave) was born on the 1st August at 3:36pm after 15 long hard hours. It was a natural birth with no stiches, she was 9lb 9oz and 56cm long. She was in special care for 3 days due to low glucose levels but all is good now.

My 2nd son Dylan-John Xander was born on August 10th 2011 at 1.50am, 2.5 hrs after the hospital sent me home in early labour. I was in the shower and by myself. after he came I was able to ring 000. He was 53cm long and 3950grams at birth.

My 2nd DD (Luka) was also born on 4/8/2011 (what a popular date!) she was born after a very very quick and intense labor of one and a half hours (from first contraction to her coming out) and was very nearly born it the car! she weighed in at 7pound 12 oz and made her arrival at 1am no pain relief (as not time for it!) she is so beautiful and doing very well. x grin

My beautiful daughter Ella Jewel was born on the 17th at 3.12pm ,7 pounds and 5 ounces . She was in a hurry to enter the world with the whole thing on lasting 6 hr . She was born nautaly no drugs wasn't anytime for them by the time i got to the time i got to the Hospital . Didn't think i needed them anyway .
12 weeks on and she is doing great growing so quick can't believe she is already 14 pounds and is in 00 clothing .

Hi, my girl Riley was born Aug 10 at 7.47pm, I started having contractions at 6.30am and by 2.30pm was at the hospital having contractions every 2mins, 7cm dilated. I didnt have any drugs or gas, just used the shower as pain relief. I reckon I did pretty darn well for a first time mum! Riley is just lovely and I love being a mum.

my sweetheart was born on the 26/8/2011- went through a quick labour but ended up with a c-section...............i love him more than sliced bread his cheeky smile melts my heart

My partner and i welcomed our first son Bentley Evan into the world on the 30th of August 2011 at 2.56am weighing 9pd 14oz.
I was induced at 10 days over my EDD. Intense labour for 9 hours, only dialated 1cm, bubs heart rate dropped and i was taken in for a caesar.
Not the way i would have liked things to go but i would not have had it any other way. I could not imagine life without him.
He fills my days with more love and joy than i would ever be able to describe xx

Hi my son Tynan was born at 35weeks on the 11th August 2011 after a 27hour labour and 2 stitches he weighed 6.2pounds he is now in 0 sized clothes and is the cutest baby with his big smile big blue eyes and cute little dimples smile

My little Charlotte Rose was born 1st August
She was my 3rd baby so labour was all too quick. 3hours from 1st pain till they were checking the placenta etc.
She was meant to have been a water birth, as with my previous baby, but I was feeling pressure to push in the car on the way to hospital.
She arrived, all natural and healthy. Just over 4kgs. She was monitored in special care for 1 day due to low glucose levels and body temp but all was okay.
Anyone from North Brisbane??

Bella-Rose made a dramatic entry into the world on 4th August 2011 at 7.11am.. She was born via emergency Ceaser after 12hrs of labour & weighed 8lb 2oz... laugh laugh

Hi Ritchie was born on the 24th August 2011, at 4.42am, weighing 6lbs 14ozs and 50cm long, I was in labour for just over 7hrs,I was very happy when he came out phew!!

Ritchie is my first and will probably be my only child, he is very special to me as he is an IVF baby, went through alot to get him and I'm sure glad I did, I wouldn't change a thing!! tongue
