dribbling rash Rss

My DD has had for a good 2 months a rash around her mouth that we cannot clear up. We have tried cortisone, we're now using emulsfying ointment at every nappy change.
I try to keep it dry which is near impossible when everything is constantly in her nouth. Do you have any ideas/suggestions, it looks bad and sometimes she rubs it on my shoulder.
thanks

HI, how old is your little one? Is she teething? My toddler (almost 2) has a rash around her mouth as well for about a month now that doesn't want to clear up, nothing seems to help at all... the doctor suggested it was from dribbling and teething, but she doesn't dribble anymore and has all her teeth, so definitely not that.

It started around the time she started going to preschool, so not sure what is causing it, hopefully someone might have some advice.

Good luck:)
