so here it goes, I live with my DP and my DD and also living with us is my BIL, ladies this pain in the ass thinks he knows everything to do with baby and everything else in life and he doesnt lift a finger around here. his personal hygiene is discusting! I cant just kick him out as we need him to help with the rent. Im going mad! any tips unsure

this is a really hard one. my only suggestions are get DP to talk to him (I'm assuming BIL is his brother) but keep it to the big issues as this could cause life long tension (living with that now) get out as much as possible and scream in to your pillow, in other words, find a way to deal with life as it is because it is unlikely he will change.

Yep I agree. Your DP should definitely bring this up with your BIL. He should be contributing to the household chores and basic hygiene is important ALWAYS but especially around children!

DP has talked to BIL, and has even got his mum and dad to have a word to. nothing helps, hygiene is not somthing hes good at ( hope your not eating when you read this) the last time he changed his bed sheets was when i brourght my DD home from hospital (one week old) she is 10 months old tomorrow. no wonder he has no girlfriend !
