hi all , got the vapouriser in her room and bourght this spray from the chemist for her nose , and baby panadol and one else got any ideas what helps.

hi we always used karvol capsules, you split it open and leave it in the room for them to breath. Its a bit like a pine smell. The babys way of having vicks in the room.

Also my midwife said if it was bad and affecting feeding sleep etc i could put a drop or 2 of boiled and cooled water in each nostril to help clear the boggie out and she showed me to roll a soft tissue up into a litte fine bit to pop up there and pull the boggies out.

these days you can also by these things from the chemist that you push all the air out of then then put it slightly in there nose and gently let it fill back up and it sucks out the boggies
