Just curious as to anyone else has experienced the same but this evening we were singing a somewhat sad song to our 3 month old and he started putting his lip down like he was starting to cry and get upset everytime we sung.

Obviously I dont want to upset my baby again, but just baffled that this happens?!

I think this is quite a normal response. I remember a child music educator talking about this once and she said it was a good thing for the child to be able to react emotionally to different styles of music, etc. It's good to expose them to a wide variety of styles and moods of music. Have you considered trying some Kindermusik classes? I started my girls at 4 months and they love it.

Hmm interesting!! Just looked up Kindermusik classes but can't find any in NZ - sounds really good though!
