Cushie Tushies Rss

I'm thinking of buying Cushie Tushies for when our new baby arrives..Just wondering if you have had any experience with this brand? How long did they last and are they worth paying the extra? Did the nappies you brought last through multiple children?

Also are there any other brands you would recommend?

Thanks
I had cushie tushies for my dd1. I liked them, but did find others that i did prefer. They were really shabby by the time dd1 had finished with them, so i probably could have used them with multiple kids but i didnt. If i were you i would buy ones that were a little cheaper and just replace them for every child.
Hi <span class="emoticon smile">smile</span>

I have heaps of Cushie Tushies in my mcn collection and whilst I really like them I find they are hard to get dry, are very bulky on bub & every nappy seems to be a different size which is a pain. They are quite expensive and I have since found some mcn's which are a heap cheaper, dry quicker and are no where near as bulky which makes it easier to put clothes over them.

With the CT's, if you don't get them dry properly in the sun, they start to smell really bad and putting them in the dryer makes them heaps worse... It is also something they say you shouldn't do with them. Also, I only use mine part time and they're already starting to look a bit shabby - my DD is only 6 months old! I also don't like their new chameleon design.

If you want to try the CT's, have a look on eBay as you can normally pick up cheap ones there. Also, have a look at this site - Modern Cloth Nappies - she is based here in Darwin but posts all over Australia.

Hope this is some help <span class="emoticon smile">smile</span>
