Problem is it's taking twice as long to change nappies because I have to try and get his hands out before I can do it up.
So it's Happened......
So everyone with little boys have warned me about it but OMG everytime I take his nappy off his little hands are down there and he thinks it's hilarious laugh

Thought you were talking about a DH then gasp

If it was that hard to find it on DH we probly wouldn't have 3 bubs laugh
Tell me all those ladies with boys, how do you deal with nm 2's. He keeps trying to grab before I wipe and I can't seem to distract him.
Does the novelty wear off?

My dd is the same- gets her hands in there and they are hard to get out so I can do her nappy up lol she too thinks it hilarious <img src='http://www.huggies.com.au/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='<_<' /> and I hear you with number 2s, it's not easy- I have a little advantage in that dd is older and I can say "hold your feet for mum" and she will (but not everytime!) the rest of the time it's a wrestle to hold her hands AND feet while wiping her bottom lol

we just say "no touching" and give him something else to play with smile
When changing nappies I would just move his hand, give it a wipe and say no touching. Once finished wiping I did let him touch..its all natural for them to do it. Plus I was told by a doctor that it helps to separates with foreskin.
As for the novelty wearing off...with the straight reaction of touching it the moment the nappy comes off does go ago. But my son in now 2 and still plays with, which I think is fine(as he doesn't do it in public). I think if he still does it around 31/2-4 than maybe we have a problem.
