Help with biting

My 10 month old is biting me almost everytime I pick him up. I've tried telling him no and ouch, and even tried biting him back not hard thou. Nothing is working he is getting his 5th tooth ATM, but it's driving me crazy and I'm bruised everywhere. Any suggestions on how I can get him to stop this, he only bites me he hasn't tried with anyone else

Its just a phase. Just say we don't bite, we are gentle and redirect him. Put him on the ground when he does it and walk away and do something else.

Try turning him around facing away from you if he's doing it every time.
It is just a phase and you just need to be consistent. Maybe give him something like a teether to bite on. A dry or wet washer works well when their teeth are hurting too.
