I'm new in here by the way. I love this site, very friendly, cool and professional at the same time!

My son has bowel movements at night times sometimes around 2-4pm for the last 2 days.

We are not sure if he's teething or not, because he has 2 white marks at the bottom of his gum since he was 2.5 month old!

Hi, I'm fairly new to this site as well.
My son didn't get his first teeth until he was 9 months old, you could see the teeth in his gums come and go for a while before they eventually broke through. He woke up from an afternoon nap with a tooth no crying as for the rest . . . well we noticed them. The bowel movements may or may not have anything to do with teething it could just be the time he goes. (mums are up for changing nappies at that time, aren't they smile )
The most noticable sign for teething is dribbling constantly and usually red cheeks go along with it
