Always crying or grizzling Rss

Hi, I have 11mth old twin girls, Abigail and Madison.
Abigail is crawling and not far away from walking, but still has no teeth, overall quite happy.
Madison though is not crawling, also has no teeth but over the last couple of weeks just sits on the floor crying and grizzling, not interested in anything but being held and cuddled by someone. I have tried not to fuss over her to much and just let her be, but she just gets really upset and beside herself, I'm not sure if it's frustration from not being able to crawl or sore gums or if she just want attention, which I can't give her all the time as I have twins.
Does anyone have any hints or tips as she is wearing me out.

Hi Kylie,
My daughters name is Abigail too! I read that between 8-12 months some babies get really clingy and get separation anxiety, so maybe that's why she is upset, but apparentky it doesnt last too long! Abby is 9.5 months old. But she has 7 teeth and can crawl, she has always been a very grumy, grizzly baby - absolutely hates to stay still. Now that she can crawl her grumpiness has subsided (a little!). She is perfectly healthy and developing great, (cant speak tho), So maybe Madison is just frustrated because she also wants to be 'on the go' and able to explore. It must be difficult for you having the 2, and although u probably hear this ALL the time I'm sure this stage will pass - it's just the waiting for 'it' to pass that sucks though!!!

PS- I LOVE thenames u chose, we were tossing up between Abigail and Madison, ur lucky u got to use them both! wink

Akina has only just got her teeth. She had some shoking days when her teeth where moving down but they where just below the skin for quite some time before they broke. Now I am not one to give drugs or medication for no reason but having ruled out she is not sick have you thought of trying a dose of panadol or similar to see if it changs how she is reacting. If she perks up maybe it is her teeth and if not well at least you have ruled that out. There are other teething relief non-meds like bongela or "Alittle bit of ..." you could try if you don't want to do panadol.
Good Luck

HI

have you tried too check her gums?if there are bumps in the gums you'll find that she is teething...my little man started teething at 8 wks..they came down and went back up. he got his first tooth at 6mths and now has 5 teeth, his eye tooth came thru 3 days ago...i always find a dose of panadol helps too settle them down too..i know from my little man panadol and cuddles settled him down... hope this helps...and teething salts from the chemists..all natural worked a treat..my boy has big teeth..gel didn't wrk 4him...
