Help grinding teeth

Hey girls,
Just wondering if anyone has had a problem with there little ones grinding there teeth.
Monique has been doing it for the past couple of weeks and it is so annoying i dont know what i can do about it. Any suggestions woul be great

Don't worry - it's not going to do any harm. They are just discovering their pearly whites and will grow out of it very soon. Both of my twins went through that phase - probably lasted a couple of weeks. Torture on my ears though!
