My bubbie is a very happy bub, hardly ever cries - even people I dont know come up to us in the supermarket or wherever and say he is such a contented baby......but he doesnt laugh.
Not even a giggle
He does have a big smile and he often opens his mouth when he smiles but no laughing sound comes out. He cna make many other noises ...... I want my bubbie to laugh.
Does anyone else have this?
What can I do? i have tried tickles, blowing raspberries....everything.

Have you tried laughing yourself at him? The 3 of us are constantly laughing at Tahlia (she's almost 5 months) eventually she started copying us and within a week, she was in fits of laughter, as we were watching her fits of laughter, it made us laugh evenmore so that makes her laugh even harder.

He will laugh eventually. All kids are different. He might not laugh now but he's probably doing something now that other babies aren't doing yet!
