Sitting alone

Hi There,

Just wandering if anyone else who has a nearly 8 month old who is not sitting yet? getting worried. She does do it for short periods then collapses! she is about 8.5kgs so not that heavy. does lots of rolling around and cant seem to keep her still enough to sit apart from qiet reading time.

Any suggestions?

Sorry I can't help but maybe see a health nurse...they have them on specific days at some chemist...they maybe able to help.

I have twins who are eight months who aren't sitting unsupported, i didn't realise it was an issue until i read this. They are both crawling, one traditionally and one commando, and one pulls herself to stand. This one can actually get herself into a sitting position but leans on her arm. I wouldn't get stressed about it, she'll get around to it eventually, as will mine i'm sure!
