head control Rss

My little girl is 4 months old and ever since she's been holding her head up well enough to sit on our laps she sometimes puts her head down with her chin towards her chest if that makes sense. She only does it when we help her to sit up. She doesn't exactly drop her head it's like she just rests it on her chest. Do you think it could be that she just gets tired?
Her head control is ok, but she has bad reflux and has had very little tummy time. She's meeting all her milestones and is very alert. I've been trying to research and haven't found much, but I'm pretty confident it's nothing neurologic. Any ideas?? The only thing I thought was that for awhile she slept propped on a pillow while she slept due to her reflux and often slipped down a bit could that have damaged her neck?? I'm quite worried... Any ideas would be really appreciated
I would definitely say it's just tired and you should just try to build her neck strength. I had 2 refluxers who never did much tummy time but tummy time doesn't have to be flat on the floor. you can prop them up so that they are hanging over your shoulder arms forward or across your knees on an angle so their head is higher than their bum. try not to support the head when you pick them up from lying down. your Child health nurse can guide you too.
