My 10 week old has been really cranky, dribbling and chewing his fists for the past 2 weeks and also had the runs for the past 3 weeks. Looking in his mouth, it looks like he is cutting 2 top side teeth and one bottom side tooth (I can already see the white tooth down the bottom).

Has anyone elses baby cut their teeth so early and had the side teeth come through first??

My little girl wasn't this young when her teeth started coming through but friend's of mine have had there little one's first tooth coming through at a similar age.. My little girl though got 2 bottom teeth then and then got one to left of it.( She has 3 bottom teeth - no top yet) But I can now see 2 teeth coming through the top except there not the middle ones there both on the left hand side the 2nd and 3rd from the middle! I can only imagine what she will look like when she smiles!
