5 week premmie growth

im after some feedback on how other premmie babyis have grown in the first couple month my eldest i dont remember and my 2nd was late but im wondering if my youngest is growing too fast.
he is fully breast fed feeding 35-45 minutes every 3 hrs during day and 3 4 hrly feeds overnight, bub weighed 8.6pounds at birth and measured 54cm in length was 5 weeks and 2 days premmie.
he now weighs 13.47 pounds at 8 weeks of age and is 61cm in length.
dr just dissmissed my curiosity but id like to know if i should keep an eye on his growth rate

My eldest was 2 weeks overdue and was only 7.12 pounds.

I would say that if you have raised the issue with your GP and he feels that everything is still within normal range then try not to worry about it. If you are still concerned maybe chat to an early childhood nurse.
