When did your baby start crawling?

Whilst I understand every bub is different i'm quite curious to know how old he/she was when they started crawling. smile

DS is almost 7 months and seems perfectly content staying in one spot at the moment lol.

DD1 crawled at 10 or 11 months and walked at 12.
DD2 crawled properly at 7 months but was commando style for a few months before smile

From memory DS crawled at 6 months. He then walked at 11.5 months. I have had friends whose bubs did not crawl at all, just went straight to walking! So every bub is very different smile

DD rolled at 6-7months, started crawling about 81/2 months started walking at 10months and running at 11 months. Never stopped running

Crawled at 4.5months and walked at 12 months..

DS started commando crawling at 6months and then properly crawling at 9 months and walking at 11months

Both my 2 crawled within a day of each other age wise (and that could be put down to the fact that dd who crawled "first" was born at lunch and ds who crawled the day later age wise was born late at night!). They both did it a couple of days after they turned 6 months!!!

Every bub is different but I think it's pretty amazing that they both crawled all but exactly the same age! smile

Friends baby hadn't even started to crawl when dd was walking (running), she was just happy to sit and be carried everywhere. Lol.

DS started crawling at about 7.5 months. Before then he just rolled everywhere he wanted to go lol

My DS started to commando crawl at about 8.5 months - he'd go that fast everyone commented on it. He has only just started "proper" crawling at about 14 months, and not all the time as he is faster commando!!

DS startd comando crawling backwards at 5 months and proper crawling at 6 and unaided walking at 10 months

DD started walking at 9 months and was nearly running by 10 months and then started crawling too!! but not until after she walked!!!

DS started commando crawling at 8.5 months and a month later isn't any closer to crawling properly. He is a fair bit slower than some of my frieds kids born within a couple of days of him but I figure he'll do it when he's ready smile
