Help Baby suffers purple cold hands to bright red hot hands

My daughter is 11 months and her hands and feet never look flesh coloured. They either are bright red and hot or purple and cold. I am just wondering if anyone elses kids suffer from the same thing? And whether there is anything you can do or if it is a circulation thing that eventually disappears?

She has always been chubbier than her sister and her wrists and ankles look like she has elastic bands around them. So maybe it is a circulation issue?

did you ever find out what the problem was here - my 6 month old daughter also suffers from cold purple to bright red hands! It doesn't seem to bother her but I'm wondering if it requires further investigations.
