Reflux, colic etc....... Rss

Hi all,
I was just wondering how many of you out there have bubs that suffer from some sort of wind/tummy etc. problems?
I know it stands to reason that you don't hear about bubs that don't have problems like these but I have been reading a lot of post lately and it's almost like these problems are very common.
I know just after Jeb was first born and we were both knew at all this and having sleeping problems and stuff, people were very quick to suggest what "might" be wrong, so I went through the first month or so thinking Jeb had colic and early signs of reflux. This was worrying for me having very little knowledge of babies, but I one of the lucky ones that found this web site and may more sites where you can find out more about things like this. we were lucky in Jebs problems pretty much disappeared as soon as we started a routine.
Has anyone else experience things like this or wonder if your bubs really do have something wrong or think it's just easier for CHN or GP's to diagnose bubs with reflux or colic?
Please don't take this post as me criticising anyone. I would just like to know what other people think of the issue and if they ever wondered this themselves? smile
my baby is almost 5 months ld still had sever refluxs and colic at first i was like you and unsure what was going on even though its my 3rd baby
when she was 3 weeks old she wouldnt keep down a thing and lost over 2 pound so we took her to the doc and he put her in hospital for 3 weeks to get her on the right formula and right meds for it she is a real bad case that the doc dont think she will grow out of so she will be on meds for the rest of her life i dont think your criticsing anyone you just asking a question
