Bad case of cradle cap on baby's back Rss

Hi, my 10 months old baby has developed a bad case of 'seborrhoeic dermatitis' on her back in the last weeks. The doctor explained it to me as the same as cradle cap affecting a different part of her body...has anyone had a similar experience? many thanks
It's really nothing to worry about. Most babies lose that thick gorgeous head of hair and grow thinner hair. It happened with my daughter. She also had cradle crap around 2-3 months old. I used baby oil. I just massaged her head and gently brushed her hair. It was kind of annoying but it all cleared up in the end.
My baby had cradle cap on his forehead. I found it was easy to clear up than what is on his head without the hair in the way. I used some really thick moisturiser and put it on regularly during the day, at night in the bath I used a face washer to gently wipe away any loose skin, only took a few days and hasn't come back.
