iv just been told my 8 wk old daughter has Dextrocardia with situs inversus which means her heart is on the right side not the left , does any one body know any ifnormation on this condition or has a child with the same condition?

I know nothing about the condition and don't know if this is an exception but, my husbands heart is on the right side and he's never had a problem or needed an form of medical intervention.
Like I said I don't know if he is a lucky exception to the condition.
