Hi all,

My son is 15 months old and he has been coughing for a couple of months. He had a cold about 4months ago and it seems he has not been able to get rid of it as yet. My GP advised me it is normal for babies to prolong coughing for a while after recovering from cold and it could last up a year or so.
My concern is that my son now seems to have lost his voice. He is alert, happy and does not have a fever so I am wondering if I need to take him to the doctor again.

Have you had a similar experience?
