recurring rash Rss

hey DS has this recurring rash in his nappy area i would just assume it was a nappy rash but he is pretty much only wearing a night nappy and if we go out for a few hours
so technically its not a nappy rash

what do you think is causing is rash? i have taken im to the DR's both times its come up and told me to use this cream (hydrozle) and it works but after i stop using it it comes back and i cant use the cream non stop it says not to use it for more than 7 days in a row and also not for under two's unless told by a DR so i am not wanting to use it everyday

thanks for any help
What does the rash look like? Is it raised and pimply? or does it look more like eczema?

raised and pimply i'd say
he might be allergic to the night nappy. he might be allergic to the washing powder being used on his undies. the washing powder may not be rinsed out properly. he might be allergic to the wipes if you are using them. he might be getting urine in the area that isn't being cleaned off properly. if his undies are damp then that may cause it too. the cream might not be suitable for the rash. thats all I can think of for the moment!
is it in an area that would hold onto moisture or sweat? Like between skin folds or something like that? It sounds like it could be a trush/fungil like rash. Maybe you need to put some powder there after his bath to help dry the area. Or let him run around nude.

he basically is nude all day or just pants or undies and no i dont think so and its not really in folds but its where everything touchs like his legs touch his scrotum and its on there and his legs does that make sense?

It still sounds like it could be a fungil thing. Did you use the cream long enough to completely clear it up the last time? They recommend that you still use the cream a couple of days after the rash has gone to make sure that there is no tiny bits left under the skin to come back.
