iccy hands Rss

hi all

my DS woke up this morning with hands that feel like ice even with mittens on i put the heater on really warm and cuddled up with a blanket to try and get them warm but they are still icy cold what else should i do

thankyou smile
thankyou for that you learn something new everyday smile
The best way to check to see if a baby is warm when sleeping is to feel behind the neck. If it is warm then bubs is too, if cold then they are too. My DD2 has woken the last few mornings with icy hands because they are out of the blanket but she is warm underneath. smile

yeh what the other ladies said:) My 12wk old son won't let me wrap him so his hands are always out and cold. I found his cotton mittens don't do the trick anyone so I have been using a pair of fleece mittens from mothercare. I LOVE THEM! His hands are always toasty warm and I do find that he wakes less often
