Activity and play ideas for 3 month old Rss

Hi everyone,

My bub is 3 months old and I feel like he is a little bored and understimulated. We are at home most days, and he is usually playing with his toys in his rocker or on the floor. We do have a play gym for him but he just rolls over if I lay him under it. He's also a catnapper so he's up a lot.

I would love some ideas or activities that I could do with him?

Thanks!!
ds loves to lay outside and look at the trees and leaves, other things my ds likes are laying on the floor listening to music or telly playing under his toys that hang, loves been on his belly but rolls and gets frustrated
(some people wont agree but he likes his jolly jumper and has great head and neck control so he has maybe 10 minutes if that every couple of days only started him in it last week )
Atm wioth the christmas tree been up i have been putting a bell around his wrist and he shakes and giggles at the sound

ds is 15 weeks old
Hiya

I used to worry that dd was bored also. I started reading to dd when she was about 4 weeks, also played lap/tummy games/songs like ride-a-cok-horse, rock-a-by-baby etc...would lie on the floor at bubs level and play with toys, and as you said, have tummy time and chillout in the rocker...

Another thing i planned on doing was buying one of those bouncanettes (not sure of spelling sorry)...the mothercare stores sell the old style netted ones so bubs can have a bounce and play smile - dd is 6 months now so a bit old probably
My girl was a cat napper too as she slept all night so I thought she was bored as well. I gave up on her gym because she kept rolling over and getting stuck so I laid a big sheet on the floor and laid all her toys out. I agree with the jolly jumper, she loves it. Walks in the pram, Read... I think the main thing I did between eat and sleep was lay her on the floor, sometimes I would lay with her and play other times I would leave her to amuse herself.
all of the above on a daily basis and also in the spa.
goes to the creche at my gym also a few times a week
