How much water...

How much water do you drink in a day??

I have 2 one litre Tupperware bottles and I aim to drink both of them in a day but sometimes will only get through one! Before I had DD, I would drink 3-4 litres a day but I just don't seem to be able to now sad

I'm trying cut back on coffee coke soft drinks all together. & alcohol




So now I'm drinking something like 2-3 liters a day.


Feel ok so many bottles water in fridge
Also in habit having in my hand will leave in some rooms in the house.which I have been cleaning

I'm drinking 3 litres of water a day, it's not recomended to exceed 3 litres a day. I usually wouldnt drink so much water but I get dehydrated when pregnant and am trying to keep fluids up to avoid being told off by my OB smile

I have no idea the actual amount I drink but I love my water. I just have a glass next to the filter and have half-full glass at a time whenever I feel thirsty. Definately notice it if I am out all day and don't drink as much water.

maybe half a litle to a litre on average sometimes more ocasionally none

i drank about two litres a day when pregnant though

I always have a water bottle on me and refill it at least twice a day so at least a litre or two a day. I love water!! And get dehydrated really easily so need to drink heaps.

since DD was born I have been drinking alot more water Im probably up to 2 and a half litres so far today but other than a cup of tea this morning i have only had water

2 litres max i was breastfeeding and really thirsty
I streched my bladder
not good had to go ona water diet lol

Enough to make me need the toilet every hour! LOL!

I walk around with one of those 750ml water bottles all day and keep filling it up with lovely cold filtered water. I'll drink about 3 or 4 of those every day.

I usually drink about 4 water bottles a day smile

Im drinking almost two litres a day. Sometimes struggle with this though and have to force myself to have more
