Bleeding on the pill Rss

So l have been taking the pill for a few months now since stopping BF. Ever since, about 3 - 7 days before l start taking the sugar pills, AF arrives. l have never had this before and it's frustrating as my cycle is approx 20 days instead of 28 or so.

Has anyone had this before? Does it mean l should go to the doc and get a different type / stronger of pill?

If its a low dose combined (estrogen and progesterone) pill then it could be breakthrough bleeding and you might need a stronger one...

I was having this trouble with a low dose one (but the stronger ones gave me migraines).

There are heaps of different types and sometimes it takes a few tries to find the one that suits you best. Talk to you Dr he/she will sort it out for you smile
