23mth old slipped down two weight percentiles Rss

i am wondering if anyone else has experienced their child slipping down two percentiles?
had a checkup today, dd has slipped down two percentiles. she has lost 800g in 3mths. she was born in the 5th percentile (2.6kg), but steadily gained weight to reach the 50th percentile. now she is back down to the 5th (only 10kg).
the doctor has said it is something to keep an eye on & wants to see her in another mth. he wasn't overly concerned, as she is very active, healthy, reaching her milestones, etc.
the only explaination i can think of is that she isn't drinking as much milk anymore. she used to have 200mls of formula & 200mls of milk from a bottle everyday. we took the bottle away 2mths ago & now she refuses the formula & it's a struggle to get her to drink the milk, but she has anywhere between 50-300mls most days...
any suggestions on how to get this weight back up?

Hi

From age 1-3 the calcium requirement is 500mg, 250mls of milk is 295mg so that and some yoghurt and cheese and she's getting her requirement. She doesnt need to drink loads of milk.

For weight gain you can give more protein foods (meat, eggs, dairy, legumes, grains) and healthy fats like avocado. If she likes cheese you can add that to omelettes or give her a slice as a snack (from a block of cheese, not like Kraft singles as they are too processed and very high in salt).
When my second daughter was 19 months I weaned her, and she wouldn't drink any milk, was allergic to dairy so no cheese or yoghurt and didn't like soy etc. and she got so thin over a few months I could see her ribs sticking out!! But she was healthy, active and just before she turned 3 she started to fill out and now she is a healthy, well covered 6 year old. I couldn't add any protein, fat whatever to her diet because she just wouldn't eat it. She loved fruit, rice (don't try and add meat!!) the only meat she would eat was BBQ chicken, and only when it was hot!!
Anyway, what I'm saying is don't fret too much, definently taking milk out of their diet makes a huge difference, even if technically they don't need it anymore.
