I'm really struggling with a sleep pattern/schedule with my 4 week old - have decided to let her demand feed and have set up a bedtime routine and that can be anywhere between 5-7pm depending on when she wakes up etc
Night time she sleeps really well last night she slept from 8-2 then is still asleep now at 7:15am - should I wake her up or just let her natural body clock wake her when she's hungry?
I also don't know whether in the afternoon I should wake her for her bedtime routine so we can start getting into a better routine although this is normally her worst sleeping time of the day so I thought if I took her for a walk in the pram (she always falls asleep) then she can catnap and then when she wakes up we could then start the bedtime routine - any suggestions???
