Sleep for silent reflux bub Rss

Hi,
My 2 month old little boy has silent reflux and only sleeps in a sling on me during the day. He currenty is on losec which has helped he does seem to slowly be getting better. I just need some suggestions on how I can get him to sleep in his cot during the day. It is so exhausting having him on me all day, any ideas would be great.
I breastfeed him, we have a baby wedge in his cot, I keep him upright during and after feeds.
Thx.
Hi there, My DD is nearly 6mths & she has silent reflux too!! We gradually got her used to her cot at night... first we would put her down until we went to bed, then she would come in with us, Then after a couple of days she would stay in there until she woke for a feed, then come in with us then we built it up until she slept the whole night through!!! Then I started on day naps.. Doing the same process but bringing her onto the lounge when she woke instead of going into our bed!! She did go through a stage of only sleeping on the couch for a couple of days but she is back in her cot again... The other thing you could try is getting ur bub used to sleeping in his pram during the day... Just remember to elevate the backrest slightly so he isnt flat!! DD would often sleep in her pram during the day too because if she stirred we could rock her back to sleep.. Hope this helps!!
