3am wake ups!!! Rss

My 11 month old is waking up at the same time each morning....3am ish and will not go back to sleep unless held by daddy in the lounge room.
I have been a little naughty by letting her sleep on me after her sleep cycles during the weekdays, but she is still tired and I know that she needs her sleep.
I think she is teething which doesn't make it easy. I was giving her a BF after 2am each morning but now she wakes at 1am so I usually feed her then.
Is the waking a new habit because of my holding in the day, is it teeth, hungry......any suggestions or tips to try????
It could be cold at that time, my DD wakes at 5am every morning cos that when she gets cold and her hands have bad circulation. I rug her up in a warm sleeping bag and use knitted mitten, now.
Is she in her own room in a cot? I'd say habit. If you attend to her straight away when she wakes at night and is rewarded by a nice warm cuddle, she will prob start waking at whatever time when she's lonely and want one. I wouldn't have thought at 11 months that it's hunger if she's getting enough to eat and drink during the day. And maybe try and leave her for a minute first before attending to her during the night (and day!)and slowly extend the time before going in. She might also be confused at night as to why she's left alone to sleep in a lonely cot, when during the day she gets mummy's warm cuddles. Sounds like you might be teaching her to wake up for nice warm cuddles!
