9 month old wont sleep during the day!!

hi everyone my 9 month old baby girl is so difficult during the day its driving me insane sad i know shes teething as she has 6 teeth but i think she also has seperation anxiety sad she always winges and screams when shes not in my arms i put her in her playpen majority of the time she pulls herself up and just looks at me and winges...i put her in her highchair and i go to get her food and she screams the only time she doesnt really scream or winge is when i put her on the ground to roam free or giggle and hoot is on...she sleeps straight threw at night from 630pm-630am but during the day its hell she only sleeps if shes laying on me and that only lasts an hour if i dont move...iv tried putting her to sleep in her cot upstairs but she gets histerical shes so tired but fights it so much sad i just dont no what to do sad any tips would be greatly appreciated x

Maybe its a 9mo thing, my 9mo is trying to drop all his naps too, thought I was the only one lol

Could you try and get her to sleep in a portacot downstairs or where ever you are....so she can still hear you etc..

my girl is doing that too she is 8 months and 2 weeks tho.
I have absolutely NO idea how to help you tho.
the only way i get mine to sleep during the day is going for a walk which is usually an hr walk lol!!
but she doesnt sleep the whole night tho unfortunately.
she only sleeps 8-9.30, 11-2, 2-5, 5-8 and stays awake from there so i wish i had your sleeps tho!!

My little boy used to only cat nap during the day, 30 mins and he would be awake. I found I was putting him down when he wasn't tired enough or over tired. He now sleeps for 1.5 to 2 hours. Things definitely got easier when he dropped a sleep and is now just having one a day. Be persistent.
