Advice on BLW Rss

So my DD2 is almost 7months. I never did BLW with DD1 and so it is all new to me. We started BLW at around 6months, she was really interested and loved playing and tasting the food but never really eats anything more just tasting and playing.

So now that she is getting older she is doing really well and hardly gags on anything but she hardly eats anything. I know that milk is still her main source, especially as she is still BF. But she only has 1 solid a day which is usually a piece of fruit/veg.

So basically what i'm asking is am I doing this right? Is she needing to eat more, but I don't think she will. I tried her with some pureed food the other day because I think it is still important for her taste the smooth texture and she still only ate maybe a teaspoon if I was lucky.

Also when did you start to introduce things like cheese, toast (was thinking of trying this now), pasta etc. I need some ideas.

Thanks, sorry for the novel smile

Sorry I don't have any clue what BLW or whatever means, but I just wanted to say that my 3 never ate any significant amounts of food before 9 months; just little tastes. I started them on cheese around 9 months and pasta about then too I think.
hey my DS is 7 and half months old also and i am doing blw. i think they just eat as much as they want. as they get older and get better at feeding themselves they will eat more as needed.
DS is getting pretty good now and seems to be getting a fair amount in now.
hes having 2 meals a day. around 8months they should be having 2-3meals aday.

hes having lunch and dinner.

for lunch he has couple of pieces of fruit and some toast or scrambled egg and for dinner he has some veges and some meat
they can have cheese egg n yoghurt about 7months.
