Does anyone know approx how much solids to give 6.5 month been on solids since 4 months.

She shows no signs of full doesnt push away
too much too less?
has 3 meals
2 tubs of those frozen tubs 70mls eg 6 tablespoons each meal
4 bottles between 130mls -180mls (was breast now forumla since 1 month)
(she is having less bottle milk now so im bit confused

I've found that giving a bottle and hour before solids ensures their milk intake and they can identify when they are full on solids, she has approx 60g each meal and maybe a top up of yoghurt if shes still hungry.

At that age my little girl was having

baby cereal mixed with apple not sure exactly how much maybe 2 tablespoons mixed with breast milk and 1 tablespoon of pureed apple

Lunch 3x ice cubes of Carrot and 3x ice cubes of Zuchini and a yogart

Dinner 3x ice cubes Pumpkin 3x ice cubes sweat potatoe and tin of baby custard

I cant remember how many breatfeeds exactly but guessing
1 early morning
1 after breakfast
1 before lunch 1
after lunch
1 before dinner
1 before bed

Also she never showed signs of being full either so if she was happy after each meal not wingy I guessed she'd had enough.

thanks for that im on the right track, very similar to what she been having.
Tonight she leaned over so much for more dinner so i now know when she wants more lol
