If you ring your local hospital you should be able to get details.
I imagine that there will be tests that you need to get done before it happens though.

I've always struggled just to feed my own babies let alone anyone else's so can't help with any practical advise. Not sure wher you're from, but you might find what you're after here there is also a fb page where you can post the availablity of milk and then people contact you if they want it. I'm sorry, I can't remember the name of the group.
