Hi,

I was wondering if anybody else has tried out ultrasound to help with mastitis? This is the 2nd time i've had it with DD2 and i never had it at all with my first son. The first time i went to the docs and got a course of antibiotics but i felt like it upset my son's stomach. He was extremely unsettled for the week i was on them for....although this may have been a milk flow issue too perhaps?!

So much guessing involved when being a parent!! smile

So, end of story is: I'm going to a physio this afternoon for the ultrasound on the boobie and i'm crossing my fingers that it will work! I'm also trying some different holds when feeding to try and encourage milk flow from the red area!

This is such a yukky feeling sad
