should i go to the hospital

Im 41 weeks and 1 day, getting induced on sunday. But for the past few hours ive had a pain across my whole belly its worse from my belly button up. I tried walking around having a shower laying down and it just seemd to get worse. I called the er and they told me to take panadol and see how i go. They nurse i spoke to seemed very unsure. The pain is constant so i dont think its labour but its pretty painful. So ive taken panadol if its no better in an hour do you think its worth going to the er

Thanks for the replys. I went the midwife said it was early labour! And that my uterus is being ultra sensitive. But the pain stopped bout 11 last night sad so i was thinking just false labour, now its started again so hopefully ill go into labour properly. Supposed to be getting induced tomo midwife did say i might not need to now. Getting so excited

Definately go! If something were to happen and you didn't go you'd never forgive yourself. On the other hand if you go and nothing is wrong then you have peace of mind. Good luck with your labour whenever it starts!

Yes you should go - it could be pre-eclampsia. It's better to be safe than sorry.
